Privacy is a design principle, not an afterthought. This policy explains the little data this website handles, and how our products treat clinical data.

What this website collects

Almost nothing. If you contact us, we receive the details you choose to send (such as your name, email and message) so we can reply. The site does not require an account to browse.

Cookies and analytics

The site ships with no tracking by default and sets no advertising cookies. Any analytics we use are privacy-respecting and cookieless, record no personal data, and honour your browser's Do-Not-Track setting.

Your clinical data stays on-site

Our products run on your own infrastructure. Imaging, patient data and findings stay within your facility; there is no cloud relay and we have no access to them. You remain the data controller for clinical data you process.

Data residency and your rights

For data you do send us, we apply data minimisation and EU data-residency by default, in line with GDPR. You may ask us what we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it — just write to us.

Retention

We keep contact correspondence only as long as needed to help you and to meet our legal obligations, then remove it.
